Nevada Annual Filing Assistance

Leave the paperwork to us.

A Nevada entity is required to file an annual list with the Secretary of State every year on the anniversary of its formation and to pay the appropriate fee.  If this filing is not completed or the fee is not paid, the entity will be placed in default the first year.  If the entity remains delinquent into the second year, the charter will be revoked.  This is a serious occurrence.  Just when you need the liability protection your entity affords you, you may find that it is gone because the charter has been revoked.

We can file the annual list for you, pay the fee and bill your credit card.  If we are your Resident Agent and you request this service at the time you renew your Resident Agent Services order with us, we will waive the document handling fee.  But don’t delay!  The penalties for filing after the deadline are steep.

A Nevada entity doing business anywhere in the world needs a state business license unless it is exempt.

Exemptions include:

  • A sole proprietor running a home based business earning less than $24,000 in 2006.
  • An entity that receives ONLY interest payments and distributions.
  • A real estate rental business with 4 or fewer units.
  • Non-profits, religious organizations and motion picture companies.

Any for-profit entity offering a service or product anywhere in the world and all entities taxed as C corps must have a license.

We can help you apply for a license, pay the fee and bill your credit card.  We can also help you renew it on time.

Not sure if you are current or not?  Send us your company name, EIN and Nevada Business Registration number.  We will find out what your status is and help you bring your license up-to-date if necessary.  Document handling fees apply.
