Annual Report Filing

Most states require that the owner or responsible officer of a company file a report with the Secretary of State or other government department annually.  This report ensures that the information on file for the company is kept current.  A fee is usually required to file.

When Your Entity Solution, LLC is your Resident Agent in Nevada, we file your annual list without a handling fee.  You are charged only the renewal fee for your Resident Agent Services and exactly what the Secretary of State charges us to file your list.

In other states, we are happy to assist you with filing your annual list.  A document handling fee will apply.
