We take structuring seriously.  Before we start, we need to understand where you are today – in terms of your businesses and investments – and where you want to go in the future.  Since there is never just one way to do anything, as we develop your plan with you we will explain your alternatives and discuss the pros and cons of each possibility.  We’ll discuss the timing of each entity and the filing state.   Then we’ll talk about first steps.  When we are finished, you’ll have a written report that describes the structure that works for your circumstances and your goals.  You'll have a document that you can understand and refer back to as your business continues to evolve.

If you have friends or relatives who are attorneys and you really want to give them your incorporation business, we understand.  However, we would suggest that you have them do your structuring as well.  If this is not possible, we will work with you to create your entity structure for a fee.  Just remember that filing the state documents is the easy part.  Your incorporator should also prepare your minute book, walk you through it to ensure you complete it correctly, answer questions as they come up, provide supporting services, and be engaged in your on-going education.  At Your Entity Solution we do all these things and more.  And when we form your entities within 30 days of your call, the structuring call is absolutely free.
